Mrs. Janey Stephens's SiteHello and welcome!I have been a teacher at Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception since 2002-2003. My background in education includes a BA degree in English from McKendree University and an MA degree in English from Indiana State University. This year I am teaching English 11, English 12, and AP Literature and Composition. I also am the moderator for book club. I am encouraging the students to use their iPads as a great personal resource. In the classroom, we use the iPads specifically for research and for taking notes. The iPads apps that we use are Safari, iBooks, My MLA, Dictionary.com, Notes, and Flashcards. The students can also use their iPads to access homework assignments, a variety of downloads, and suggested internet links for research.
